Woodland Royal Worcester Egg Coddler, Standard Size
Every hostess should own at least one vintage Royal Worcester egg coddler because coddling is an elegant (and quick!) way to making delicious, soft boiled eggs. So if you love soft boiled and poached eggs but they never come out right then you simply must try coddled eggs because they’re divine and, best part, they cook themselves (really!).
Coddling is a gentle and healthy way of poaching your eggs: simply crack your eggs in the egg coddler, add your favorite fixings (bacon bits, cheese, chives) and place in a pan of boiling water for 5-8 minutes. You then just remove the lid and scoop up all that deliciousness!
The egg coddler offers a fabulously simple alternative to spice your eggs so give it a try or gift it to someone who enjoys cooking and trying new things.

Never used an egg coddler? It's SO easy!
Using egg coddlers is basically a clean and easy way of poaching your eggs: butter the inside of the coddler, drop in your favorite fixings (spinach, feta and sun dried tomatoes or asparagus and ham – but really anything goes as long as you chop them up small), break the egg into the coddler and sprinkle some salt & pepper.
Then simply screw on the lid and stand the coddler in a pan of boiling water, taking care that the water level only reaches halfway up the porcelain body. Wait 7-8 minutes and ta-dah, you have beautiful, scrumptious coddled eggs.

We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are.
Our website is integrated with USPS and UPS which means that shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and size and weight of the box. That said, calculations are not always precise, particularly for multi product orders. If final shipping costs end up being less than what was paid, we will refund you the difference and if it ends up being more, we will bear that cost.
We do not charge any mark ups, handling fees or shipping insurance costs to our customers. We provide complimentary shipping insurance on all orders to protect you against damage that may occur during transit.
