A very large Chinese sancai glazed guardian female lion statue standing a whopping 21" tall. She is resting atop a pedestal with lotus cutouts and holding her cub protectively under her paws covering their eyes. She is decorated with beautiful hues of mustard yellow, brown and green against a crackle background. 

The female lion represents yin and symbolically protects the people dwelling in the home.

  • Great condition, a couple of minor chips on the base but not distracting

  • US customers: We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are!
  • International customers: We use DHL Express for all international orders. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method during checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and no additional costs will be incurred at delivery.
