• All orders ship within 3-5 business days after the order and payment is received but slight delays may occur during high season and holidays.

• All orders ship out of our San Diego, CA warehouse and those in the IS will arrive within 2-9 days, depending on the shipping method selected. 

• We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are. 

• Our website is integrated with USPS and UPS which means that shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and size and weight of the box. That said, calculations are not always precise, particularly for multi product orders. If final shipping costs end up being less than what you paid, we will refund you the difference and if it ends up being more, we will  bear that cost.   

• We do not charge any mark ups, handling fees or shipping insurance costs to our customers.  We provide complimentary shipping insurance on all orders to protect you against damage that may occur during transit. We have safely shipped hundreds of fragile orders and we expertly package the porcelain and glass orders so you can rest assured that your order will arrive to you safely.  

• Due to significant new tax and customs implications as a result of Brexit, we are suspending all of our deliveries to the UK effective January 1, 2021. We apologize to our UK customers but as a small business  we are unable to take on the large amount of requirements.
