A fabulous and very rare French antique earthware planter with ormolu from Luneville Faience, one of the most famous French pottery manufacturers. Originally started in 1730, Luneville Faience became K&G Luneville in 1832.
The details on this earthenware planter with ormolu are just so beautiful and unique. Pattern is called Chrysantheme (French for Chrysanthemum).
- 8"H x 10.5"W
- Made in France by K&G Luneville sometime between 1832 -1920
- In good antique condition but one of the handle bows was broken and glued back on (not the most delicate job but it's actually not that noticeable from a distance). There is also one chip under one of the pink bows. Priced was adjusted. Please see photos for details.
