A fantastic pair of Italian solid brass rope tassel bookends imported to the US sometime between 1960-1970.

Solid, heavy and skillfully crafted to reflect a very realistic pair of rope tassels. They display absolutely beautifully with their Hollywood Regency flair.

Given their size and weight they can also double as door stoppers - imagine them holding open your French doors to let the fresh air coming in through the patio!

  • 6”H x 7”W x 3.75” deep
  • Solid brass and heavy, they each weigh just under 5 lbs
  • Hand-crafted in Italy and imported by Decorative Crafts Inc circa 1960/1970 
  • Both in excellent vintage condition with beautiful patina
  • All orders ship within 3-5 business days after the order and payment is received but slight delays may occur during high season and holidays.
  • All orders ship out of our San Diego, CA warehouse and those in the US will arrive within 2-9 days, depending on the shipping method selected. 
  • US customers: We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are!
  • International customers: We use DHL Express for all international orders. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method during checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and no additional costs will be incurred at delivery.
