Membership Qualification:

Our Trade Program is available by application only and is open to interior designers and decorators, architects, and other design professionals working on residential, commercial or hospitality projects with valid approved documentation. Do Trade Members qualify for tax exemption?

Trade Members are eligible for tax exemption on all orders as long as they have provided a Government-issued tax certificate (resale license) prior to the time of purchase. You can upload proper documentation in your account or email it to us if you haven’t done so already.

Please note that we cannot refund tax from any orders placed, prior to being approved for tax exemption. 

In addition to these Program Terms, your participation in our Trade Program is governed by our Privacy Policy. As a member of our Trade Program, you may receive communication from us about the program, as well as additional marketing and promotional materials.
