An original mid-century portrait oil painting by Italian painter Carlo Romagnoli (1888-1965) featuring a poised young woman in a floral dress. She is unknown, possibly a socialite of Rome at the time, but there is so much vulnerability coming through her eyes and the artist managed to portray her very naturally. She is quintessentially 1950s.

Framed in a thick and ornate giltwood frame. This is a large piece and makes for a great centerpiece.

Italian giltwood and carved plaster console table with églomisé glass top. It is a solid and magnificent piece that looks very elegant and edgy at the same time against the wall. The large leaf leg is made of gilded plaster while the bottom and top parts are composite giltwood. A beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece.

This is a beautiful 1970s Chinese rice grain porcelain soup tureen with lid. The blue and white traditional design is accented by orange scrolls and trims around the rice grains and gold trimmings. The blue leaf bottom border is also accented with gold trims.

Photos don't do this tureen enough justice; it is absolutely gorgeous and it displays beautifully when not in use on the diner table.
