XL Chinoiserie Blue & White Imperial Dragon Temple Jar
A massive blue and white Chinese porcelain temple jar standing almost 20" tall and featuring an all over Imperial Dragon design, the most powerful and sacred imperial symbol in the Chinese culture representing power, strength, and good luck.
This jar has a beautiful antique flair to it featuring purposeful imperfections, a blue seated foo dog on the lid for protection and molded mythical beast heads decorating the shoulders.
Interesting fact: the Year of the Dragon comes once every 12 years and the most recent Dragon years were 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, and 2012, which means the next Year of the Dragon will be 2024. So if you are into the Chinese zodiac, this jar will not only elevate your home decor but it will stand witness to your charismatic and dominant personality.
