A beautiful mid-century French majolica asparagus plate with a three-dimensional hand-painted design. The 10.5" round plate is centered around a beautifully sculpted and hand-painted bundle of asparagus spears, tied with a realistic rope motif. 

The raised design divides the plate into two compartments—a traditional feature often seen in French serving dishes designed for delicate items like asparagus and their accompanying sauce (such as sauce hollandaise).

  • Multiple plates available; sold individually
  • Excellent vintage condition; may present very minor and age appropriate glaze nicks hairlines. Note that these were hand-painted so no two plates are completely identical

  • All orders ship within 3-5 business days after the order and payment is received but slight delays may occur during high season and holidays.

  • All orders ship out of our San Diego, CA warehouse and those in the US will arrive within 2-9 days, depending on the shipping method selected. 
  • US customers: We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are!
  • International customers: We use DHL Express for all international orders. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method during checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and no additional costs will be incurred at delivery.   
  • We provide complimentary shipping insurance on all orders to protect against damage that may occur during transit. We have safely shipped thousands of fragile orders and we expertly package the porcelain and glass orders so you can rest assured that your order will arrive to you safely.
