A beautiful antique French Limoges oyster plate made by Theodore Haviland circa 1895. It appears this was custom made for someone named N. McManamy of Kansas City, MO which was not uncommon in Victorian times for affluent American families.
In typical Limoges artistry of that time, this oyster plate is a hand-painted Victorian piece of art. Dainty, elegant and delicate. Features five oyster wells and one center well for sauces, butter or lemon.
