History & Provenance
Founded in Paris in 1845, Maison Samson (Edmé Samson et Cie) was one of 19th-century France’s most famed porcelain ateliers. Samson specialized in producing high-grade, meticulously hand-painted reproductions of museum-quality 18th-century ceramics—most notably Chinese Export armorial wares crafted for European nobility. Celebrated for their exceptional enamel work and fidelity to historical designs, antique Samson pieces were originally acquired by wealthy collectors and aristocrats. Today, authentic 19th-century Samson porcelain is highly sought after in its own right, prized by interior designers and fine antique collectors for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless classical elegance.

I was impressed with the beautiful quality of my hooked poinsettia throw pillows. They look stylish and lavish on my sofas . The service in getting them before Christmas was remarkable. I had tried another business but to no avail. I am a very happy customer of House of Andaloo.
