A beautiful French wall plaque vintage reproduction of Hélène Bertaux's carved marble plaque with winged cherubs in high relief. Madame Hélène Leon Bertaux (1825 – 1909) was a French sculptor and women's rights advocate.

The plaque was reproduced in what appears to be some sort of composite, possibly resin, and it is framed in an ornate oval giltwood frame.
