A rare set of twelve fine porcelain plates from the Fitz and Floyd Cherubini collection dated 1995. Each plate features a brilliant, polished gold-gilt backdrop for a Renaissance cherub motif rendered in a classic "sanguine" (terracotta red) chalk-style finish. The contrast between the radiant gold and the soft, artistic red creates a sophisticated, Neoclassical look that is both timeless and bold.

This is a complete curated set of 12 plates, featuring three plates each of the four distinct designs in the series (Cherubini I, II, III and IV).

  • Made in Japan by Fitz and Floyd in 1995
  • Great vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Minor wear to the gilding.

  • All orders ship out of our San Diego, CA warehouse and those in the US will arrive within 2-9 days, depending on the shipping method selected. 
  • US customers: We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers as we're able to use discounted commercial shipping rates. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order (USPS Priority/UPS Ground or 3 Day Select) - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are!
  • International customers: We use DHL Express for all international orders. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method during checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, and no additional costs will be incurred at delivery.
