Vintage Italian A. Santini Michelangelo’s David Bust Sculpture on Composite Stone Base

Capture the spirit of the Italian Renaissance with this vintage sculpture, a beautifully detailed bust modeled after Michelangelo's iconic David.

This piece is a reproduction by Amilcare Santini, an acclaimed Italian artist celebrated for his classical sculptures. Made of oxolite, a proprietary composite material used in Tuscany to achieve the refined look and feel of natural stone, yet allowing for production via molds. Base is very heavy as well, most likely made of stone.

The bust is not white but rather a creamy ivory or aged alabaster color. It has a rich, warm, yellow-toned patina.
