A spectacular, museum-quality pair of framed lithograph prints by Italian painters and decorators, Carlo and Vittorio Raineri (c. 1800s) under glass. The Raineris were masters of the decorative naturalistic style, known for their stunning and highly detailed depictions of exotic flora and fauna in the tradition of Chinoiserie and Exoticism.

These aged prints are beautifully framed in period-appropriate, heavy antiqued gold gilt frames featuring a striking outer border of segmented, foxed antique mirror glass. It is hard to do them justice in photographs but these are high-quality lithographs in high-end custom frames. Very striking.

'Golden and Silver Pheasant': A magnificent rendering of a blue/grey Silver Pheasant and a vibrant red/gold Golden Pheasant in a rocky, lush landscape.


'Two Parrots': A dazzling image featuring an orange-red Macaw and a yellow/gold Macaw or exotic parrot, surrounded by insects and botanical elements.

They bear the label for Rinfret Home & Garden, a highly-respected interior design firm serving clients in the Greenwich, CT and Palm Beach, FL area, indicating they were custom sourced by them for a client sometime during the last 30 years.

This pair is a stunning, collectible find, perfect for adding saturated color, history, and a touch of the grand tour to any discerning home. They are ready to be the focal point above a console, mantel, or in a sophisticated dining space.
