Fantastic pair of mid-century Regency style upholstered barrel chairs with large, scrolled arms. The gently curved, scoop-like back and the distinctive, scrolled arms are hallmark features of Regency furniture. Beautiful, polished mahogany wood frame with prominent, large scrolls on the arms drawing heavily from classical Roman and Greek motifs. The front legs are tapered and have brass caps or sabots on the feet while the carved apron just below the seat is another nod to classical architectural details, often seen in Neoclassical and Regency pieces.

The fabric is quintessentially midcentury with a woven, textured yet soft feel in a neutral tone (likely linen blend).
