A fantastic pair of mid to late 20th century Chinese majolica parrots decorated with a high glaze, iridescent emerald green. Each parrot was modelled perched on a rocky outcrop and is depicted in fine detail: bodies are a gorgeous iridescent emerald green, cream beaks and feet, and deep brown rocks. 

Note that they do not face each other but rather they both face the same direction.
