Absolutely gorgeous and rare single plate from the Mamie's Garden collection by American designer Marc Blackwell NY. Design features a hand-painted Tiger Lily floral medallion, a gold encrusted band and emerald green trimmings. Stunning!  

Marc Blackwell is most known for styling and designing for major companies like Baccarrat, Vietri, Bally of Switzerland, Daum Crystal, Omega and Casafina, before establishing his own lifestyle collection in the 1990.
