Beautiful large 21” tall blue and white temple jar featuring the very popular double happiness Chinese symbols.

Four large double happiness characters are painted around the body of the jar and two on the lid. Greek key borders are painted on the rim of the jar and the lid and scrolling peonies are painted all throughout.  

Double Happiness is a Chinese traditional ornament design, commonly used as a decoration symbol of marriage. It frequently appears on traditional decorative items, associated with marriage so this jar makes a great wedding gift.

Display it on a console table in the entryway or in the library with the lid on or take it off and use it as centerpiece on the dinner table with your favorite blooms.
